Payment Information

Payments must be made at the beginning of the week (Monday) or in advance.

Monthly payment: By special arrangement, fees can be paid on a monthly basis, but the payment must be made on a specific date and kept up-to date. (If fees increase during the period and you have already made your payment, you will have to pay the arrears the following month when payment is due).

**Payment by cheque to “Vicharles Play Centre” or by cash.**

Cheques can be posted to: Vicharles Play Centre, Vicharles House, 2 Pulford Road, London, N15 6SP.

Please ask for a receipt.

Please do not post cash.

Invoices are issued in advance and must be paid at the time agreed with parents. We request that parents/carers save us the time by paying on time. Any cheque not honoured by your bank will incur administration charge fee of £30.00.

Non attendance due to Illness/Inset Days/ School Trips:

Parents/carers must inform us by phoning in before or on the day of absence. Payment will still be required.
