Admissions

Admission is operated on a first-come-first-served basis, with exception of children already attending who may need extra days in the week.

Parents/carers will need either to contact us first or collect the application form or download it from our website. Fill in all the necessary details including the emergency numbers and return it to us at least 24 hours before the child starts the centre. Parents may also visit the centre with the child before the starting date. Children can come on Full-time or Part-time.

Vicharles Centre operates a waiting list.

ADMISSION POLICY

Applications for admission will be accepted from parents/carers who wish their children to attend the centres.

The enrolment from must be completed and returned by the parents/carers at least 24 hours before your child is admitted.

There are 24 places in total for 0-2 years old (N15 6SP). Therefore, priority admission will be on first come basis. There are free funding places for 2, 3 and 4 years old, ask the centre manager for full details.

Please note: you must inform the centre development manager/staff which day(s) your child will be attending the centre.

The centre is open to the children: from 7am – 7pm. If you are coming earlier than 7pm or later, please Telephone 07877 212 159 / 0208 211 1752 indicating the time you will arrive.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIFIC NEED: The priority admission will be on first come basis, provided we have the facilities/resources to cater for that child’s need. Parents are advised to come in with their child for about one week period to enable the child's settling in process to be more effective and successful. It will enable your child to familiarise themselves with the environment, staff and other children attending the Centre.
